Refunds
All products ordered from the online store have a 14-day right of return from the delivery date. The products must be returned in their original packaging in the condition in which they were delivered. Include the order number, receipt of sale, your contact information and your account number with the return, and we will refund the price of the product when the products have arrived.
CUSTOMER RETURN:
If the product you bought from Kitarakuu Oy has a defect or problem, or if you want to return the product for some other reason, contact us first. After handling the matter, we will issue procedural instructions on a case-by-case basis.
Products purchased from the online store have a 14-day right of return. If for some reason you want to return the product(s) you ordered, it must be done within 14 days of receiving the order. We refund the order when the product has arrived back to us and we have checked it. Possible returns must always be agreed with us in advance.
The Consumer Protection Act does not apply to trade between two companies.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Picking up the order:
Unpaid orders must be picked up and paid for within 7 days. After this, the order is cancelled.
We are not responsible for possible errors in price or product information on our website. We reserve the right to cancel the transaction if there is a clear error in the price information. New products include 24% VAT. There is no deductible VAT on used products.
Exchanges
. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
